1. Cut twigs 10", 8", 7",
6", 5", and 4"
2. Cut Green fabric into strips 3. To assemble tree, tie smaller branches to the main branch by wrapping a fabric strip around branches in a crisscross fashion. 4. Poor assorted seeds onto a dish towel to keep from rolling off table while working. Turn clay pot upside-down on table. Spread a generous ring of glue around pot rim, using a toothpick. Press seeds into glue. Continue applying seeds around the pot to make an attractive design. Allow glue to dry. 5. Finish tying fabric strips to twigs until tree looks full. Glue seeds randomly to the fabric on both sides of the tree. Allow glue to dry. 6. Push the main branch into the drainage hole on the pot. |
